- Purpose of Privacy Policy

We may gather specific data through our site about independent contractors or employees of such businesses (referred to as “you” or “yours”). STARMobile may function as a Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator (MVNA) offering platform-based transaction processing and administration services, or it may, depending on the program it offers, operate as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in collaboration with T-Mobile. In our roles as agents, STARMobile does not intentionally gather or handle customer data for any purpose other than that which may be mandated by relevant law or regulation and that which is reasonably required to deliver the mobile communications services that are detailed above. This privacy statement solely covers the Site; it has nothing to do with the information that any of our third-party business clients may collect, use, or disclose. Direct submissions of information to these third parties are governed by the privacy policies of those third parties.
